We bid farewell to our company founder and long-standing managing director Patrik Troell and welcome Axel Sparnicht, who has taken over the management alongside Tobias Kieneke as of March 1, 2025. Patrik Troell will continue to be a company shareholder.

TISAX® (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) is the now common standard for information security in the automotive industry. The certification is the solution of the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) for the growing need for security between automotive manufacturers and suppliers in dealing with confidential information.
